Do I need my own tuning hardware?
Yes — if you already have remapping tools, master or slave, get in touch and we can work with what you’ve got. If you need tools, we can supply from Autotuner and Alientech in both master and slave versions and we’ll talk you through what suits your customer base before you spend a penny. What if I’ve never remapped a car/van before?
That’s fine — many of our agents started exactly there. Our training takes you through the whole process, what to send us, what we send back, and how to handle the customer. You sell tuning; we write the files behind the scenes. Confidence builds quickly.
Are there minimum volumes or monthly fees?
No monthly fees and no minimum-job commitments — pay per file, or bulk buy for better pricing. We’d rather have agents who stay long-term because it works for them, not because they’re tied in by contract.
How much do remap files cost for agents?
Files cost £30–£70 each depending on the job — £30 covers smaller jobs such as DTC switch-offs. There’s no monthly fee and no minimum order, and tier pricing brings the price down as your volume grows. Create a free account on our dealer portal to see every price up front.
How fast is file turnaround?
Most files are back within 20 minutes, and always within an hour. The file service runs 7 days a week until 8pm. If we expect a longer wait we’ll tell you straight away, so you’re not kept waiting and neither is your customer.
Do you offer territorial exclusivity?
We don’t sell exclusive territories — agents earn customers through service, not protected zones. That said, we don’t actively recruit dozens of agents in the same town. Reasonable spacing matters to us.
