You can cancel within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the tool is unused and has not been registered or activated. We register and activate your Autotuner only after you confirm in writing that you want us to go ahead and understand that you can no longer cancel once it is activated. This does not affect your rights if the tool is faulty.
And if something isn’t right after activation, talk to us. We’d much rather help you get the tool working for your business than see it sat in a cupboard.
Before you buy
Is there an annual subscription?
No. You buy the Autotuner once, and updates and support are included for the life of the tool. Over three to five years of trading that becomes a meaningful saving compared with a platform that charges a yearly subscription.
Do I need to buy bench and boot separately?
No. OBD, bench and boot access are all included from day one, so there are no protocol packs to add later for car and van work.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price on this page includes VAT, so what you see is what you pay. Many sellers list tool prices without VAT, which makes them look cheaper than they are.
Should I buy slave or master?
For most people starting out, slave is the right route: you don’t need file-writing knowledge on day one because we supply the files. Master suits operators calibrating in-house. If you’re not sure, read Master vs Slave Remapping Tool or just ask us.
Can I start on slave and upgrade later?
Yes. Autotuner has upgrade paths that don’t mean replacing the hardware, so you can start as a slave operator and move up when you’re ready.
Autotuner or KESS3?
Both are excellent professional tools and both cover the majority of everyday UK vehicles. KESS3 has a lower entry price and slightly broader legacy support on older ECUs; Autotuner includes everything up front with no subscription and is very strong on newer encrypted platforms.
